Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


HubSpot Dublin is seeking a talented Client Service Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries. - Understand and anticipate client needs, proactively addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. - Monitor client satisfaction and actively seek feedback to continuously improve the client experience. - Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on project progress and results. - Identify new business opportunities within existing client accounts and work towards expanding the client base.


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management. - Dedication and hardworking attitude towards exceeding client expectations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
