Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Engager is seeking a confident and passionate Client Service Officer to join our team in Cork, IE. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have and ensuring they are satisfied with our services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have. 2. Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 4. Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services. 5. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing clients. 6. Handle client complaints and disputes with professionalism and empathy. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Confident and passionate about providing excellent client service. 3. Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
