Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Pfizer Ireland is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Officer to join our team in Cork. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs - Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on their accounts and addressing any issues or concerns - Manage projects related to client services, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
