Job Description:
ActionPoint is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Cork, IE. As an Associate Level Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service to meet their individual needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face meetings - Provide product or service demonstrations to clients, highlighting key features and benefits - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Adaptable and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
