Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Groupon International Limited is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team. As a part-time Associate Level position based in Galway, Connacht, IE, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients in navigating our platform, resolving technical problems, and providing guidance on how to utilize our services effectively. 3. Handle client onboarding and account management tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. 4. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote existing products and services to clients. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions for reporting purposes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds. 3. Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms for remote client service. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Driven and confident personality traits with a passion for providing excellent client service. 6. Emotional intelligence and innovation skills to understand and address client needs effectively.
