Job Description:
Accenture Ireland is seeking a passionate and resilient Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a strong background in customer service and relationship management.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service at all times - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all client interactions - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, reviewing contracts, and handling billing inquiries - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client profiles in the CRM system - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests, escalating issues as needed to leadership
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in a client service or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Team player with a collaborative mindset - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to prioritize understanding and empathy in all client interactions
