Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and a work-life balance. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and developing strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address any inquiries or concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests. 4. Analyze client data and provide insights to improve client satisfaction and retention. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services or a related role. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 4. Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and provide solutions. 5. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
