Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Cork on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your home, providing excellent client service to our valued customers. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in client services.

Responsibilities: 1. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing assistance and support as needed. 2. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to address client concerns and provide accurate information. 4. Monitor client accounts and ensure all information is up to date and accurate. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. 7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client service.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision. 5. Resilient in the face of challenges and able to adapt to changing circumstances. 6. Proficient in conducting research and gathering information. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus.
