Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description: CitySwift, a leading transportation technology company based in Cork, Ireland, is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Conduct research and analysis to understand client requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of client requests - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients
