This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. Responsibilities: - Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client services - Developing and implementing client service strategies to drive growth and retention - Maintaining accurate client records and documentation - Providing regular updates and reports to management on client service activities
