Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Client Service Representative to join our team at Wayflyer in Cork, IE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues in a prompt and efficient manner - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing support throughout their journey with Wayflyer - Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and teamwork abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
