Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Squarespace Ireland is seeking a motivated and confident Client Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and guidance to clients on Squarespace products and services - Assist clients with account management, billing, and troubleshooting technical issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Squarespace products - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service

Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
