Restored Hearing is seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Limerick, Munster. This part-time position is perfect for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As an Associate Level representative with at least 3 years of experience, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Resolving client issues or escalating them to the appropriate department for assistance. 3. Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Providing product information and guidance to clients. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction. 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 7. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 2. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. 6. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
