Property Button is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Representative to join our team in Waterford, Munster, Ireland. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
