Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and escalate issues as necessary - Stay up-to-date on product updates and new features to provide clients with accurate information - Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to the team
