Client Service Representative - Work from home

Beatvyne, a leading event technology company, is seeking a Client Service Representative to work remotely from home. This part-time position is perfect for individuals at the entry level who are energetic, adaptable, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to our platform - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication and coordination with clients - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Provide support during events and assist with on-site logistics, if required

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Innovative mindset and a proactive approach to customer service - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
