Client Service Specialist

&Open is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client service roles and possess a confident and resilient personality. Additionally, the candidate should have strong soft skills in innovation and adaptability.

As a Client Service Specialist at &Open, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Key responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and address any issues - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to clients - Proactively communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the client experience

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in client service roles - Confident and resilient personality - Strong soft skills in innovation and adaptability - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
