Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson Ireland is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client issues or concerns - Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Provide product recommendations and information to clients based on their needs - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Creativity and persuasion as soft skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
