Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Service Specialist to join our team at SAP Ireland in Waterford, Munster. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client services or a similar field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction through regular follow-ups - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance client relationships - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Handle any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with colleagues to improve overall client service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
