Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Zutec is seeking a Client Service Specialist to work remotely from home in Cork, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, independent, and possess excellent time management and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide high-quality customer service via email, phone, and live chat - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify and address client issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and improve overall service delivery - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
