Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Qualtrics Ireland is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to work remotely from home. This entry-level position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, and possess strong communication and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints - Conduct analysis of client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Maintain client records and documentation to track interactions and outcomes - Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in using technology and software systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
