Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Groupon International Limited is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Support Assistant to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist with project management and coordinate tasks with various stakeholders

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in client support or customer service role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in project management is a plus

Personality Traits: - Motivated to exceed client expectations - Resourceful in problem-solving and decision-making

Soft Skills: - Strong analysis skills to interpret client data and feedback - Project management skills to coordinate tasks and drive results
