Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

3D4Medical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Assistant to join our team. This is a remote, part-time entry-level position based in Galway, Connacht, IE. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Passionate and hardworking attitude - Excellent time management and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
