Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team at &Open, a company based in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients from a remote location. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their problems. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell products and services to existing clients. 4. Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records of client data. 5. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and pain points. 6. Assist in onboarding new clients and provide training on our platform and services. 7. Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients. 3. Proven track record of working in a fast-paced client support environment. 4. Independent and motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 5. Excellent cooperation and decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in using various software tools for client management and communication.
