Job Description - Client Support Associate

4Securitas is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. 6. Conduct analysis of client feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures. 7. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.


Requirements: 1. Energetic personality with a strong work ethic. 2. Resourcefulness in problem-solving and finding solutions for clients. 3. Creativity in addressing client needs and developing innovative solutions. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess client feedback and make data-driven decisions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
