Job Description:

Slack Technologies Limited is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience looking to kickstart their career in client support. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions. 3. Provide guidance on product features and functionalities to clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures.
