Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a part-time Client Support Associate to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This role requires individuals who are hardworking and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to clients via phone, email, and live chat 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues in a timely manner 5. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty 6. Assist with training new team members on client support procedures

Requirements: 1. Strong decision-making skills 2. Excellent time management abilities 3. Previous experience in a client support or customer service role 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
