Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Oracle Ireland is seeking a part-time Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position who are hardworking and motivated. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any escalated problems - Utilize data to analyze client trends and provide recommendations for improvements - Assist with the development and implementation of client support processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
