Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


Pfizer Ireland is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Galway, Connacht. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues, and providing timely support - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver high-quality solutions - Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and best practices to better support clients - Track and analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the client experience - Manage client contracts, renewals, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
