Job Description:
Teamwork is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As a Mid-to-Senior Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote client support specialists - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements as needed - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experience - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in managing a remote team is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
