Job Description - Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:


CitySwift is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Dublin, Ireland. As a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support and management. The Remote Client Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and overseeing all aspects of client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Lead a team of remote support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the client experience - Coordinate with other departments within the company to resolve client issues and improve overall client satisfaction - Manage and track client support metrics, reporting on performance and making recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve processes and procedures


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client support and management - Reliable and independent personality traits - Strong project management and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Previous experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
