Client Support Manager

Job Description:

NewsWhip is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Cork, IE. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Provide timely and accurate responses to client requests via email, phone, and chat - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure client satisfaction - Identify areas for improvement in client support processes and recommend solutions - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and resolutions - Create and deliver reports on client support metrics and performance - Assist with onboarding and training of new clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 8 years of experience in client support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Reliable and hardworking - Creativity and analysis skills
