Remote Client Support Manager

Job Description:

Opening.io is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client support and management, with a proven track record of success. This position is part-time and offers a mid-to-senior level of seniority.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote client support specialists - Provide support to clients via email, chat, and phone - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Train and onboard new team members - Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement

Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client support and management - Reliable and hardworking personality traits - Excellent decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software and help desk systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
