Job Description:
Artomatix, a leading company in the field of 3D content creation, is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team. This position is part-time and allows for the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, demonstrating a deep understanding of client management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. 2. Provide guidance and support to clients on the use of Artomatix products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and improve overall customer experience. 4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Monitor client feedback and use data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Act as a point of contact for client escalations and ensure proper resolution is achieved. 7. Prepare and deliver regular reports on key performance metrics to management.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client support or customer service. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to effectively manage people and resources. 4. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and problem-solving. 5. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
