Client Support Manager - Work from home

CitySwift is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing the successful candidate to balance work with personal commitments.

As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support specialists, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, you will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is effectively communicated and addressed.

The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 6 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service. You must be confident in your abilities, able to work independently, and possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.
