Job Description:
WebDoctor is seeking a talented and experienced Client Support Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Dublin, Ireland. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients worldwide. You will work closely with our team to ensure a positive customer experience and help drive client satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and guidance to clients on our products and services - Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure their satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty - Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement - Manage and maintain client accounts and information accurately in our system - Assist with training and onboarding new clients as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy - Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Reliable and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other customer management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
