Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Smurfit Kappa Group, a leading provider of packaging solutions, is seeking a Client Support Manager to work from home in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 6 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and objectives. 4. Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance metrics and KPIs. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions. 7. Conduct regular meetings and calls with clients to review progress, address challenges, and identify new opportunities. 8. Collaborate with sales teams to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.


Requirements: 1. 6 years of experience in client support or account management roles. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven track record of driving results and exceeding customer expectations. 5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic insights. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
