Job Description:
Aylien is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Limerick, Munster, IE. As an Associate Level professional with at least 5 years of experience, the successful candidate will work remotely from home and be responsible for managing client relationships and providing support to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements - Manage and track client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including training and support - Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively identify opportunities for improvement - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns in client feedback - Contribute to the development of client support procedures and best practices
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in project management and critical thinking - Resilient and hardworking attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service - Prior experience in client support or account management roles preferred - Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
