Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at Facebook Ireland, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels. You will work remotely from your home in Dublin, Ireland on a part-time basis, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior level and a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction with Facebook's products and services. 2. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase customer loyalty. 5. Monitor client accounts and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 6. Communicate with clients through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and update internal systems with relevant information. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with the most current information. 9. Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams to improve the client experience.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and resilient personality traits to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude. 2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and influence their decisions. 3. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all client interactions. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to manage client relationships. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
