Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Apple Ireland is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated, energetic, and possess strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with technical issues, product inquiries, and account management tasks - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters - Contribute to the development of support materials and resources for clients - Collaborate with team members to improve overall client satisfaction and support processes

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Motivated and energetic personality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using remote support tools and software
