Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description: WarDucks is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Galway, Connacht, IE on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, possess strong leadership skills, and enjoy conducting research.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch client support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is being provided to clients - Document and track client interactions in the company's CRM system - Assist in identifying trends and issues that may impact client satisfaction - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company - Utilize company-provided equipment to carry out job responsibilities effectively

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in client support or a related field - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong leadership skills - Ability to conduct research to resolve client inquiries - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client support tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
