Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a confident and hardworking Client Support Officer to join our team at LinkedIn Ireland in Waterford, Munster. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Provide product demonstrations and training to clients to help them maximize the value of our services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall client experience - Collect and analyze client feedback to make recommendations for product enhancements - Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform - Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients' needs - Proven ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other client support tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work part-time hours and occasional evenings or weekends - Comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings or industry events
