SurveyMonkey Europe is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client support.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions. 3. Assist clients with navigating our platform and utilizing our products. 4. Document client interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 6. Stay up-to-date on product features and updates to effectively support clients. 7. Contribute to a positive and engaging work environment that prioritizes client satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and resilient attitude when faced with challenges. 2. Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent analytical skills to accurately assess and address client needs. 4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and support. 6. Proficiency in using technology and learning new software applications. 7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
