Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Support Officer to join our team at Intel Ireland in Waterford, Munster. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up on any unresolved issues - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns - Assist with onboarding new clients and providing product demonstrations when necessary - Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and make recommendations for process enhancements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or client support - Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Confidence in dealing with challenging situations and problem-solving skills - Strong critical thinking and innovation abilities
