Job Description:
YellowSchedule is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Galway, Connacht, IE. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through email, phone, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Assist clients with onboarding and training on our software platform - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Hardworking and confident attitude - Excellent time management and planning skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using CRM systems and customer support tools - Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
