Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Jameson Whiskey is seeking a passionate and independent Client Support Officer to join our team in Waterford, Munster, IE. As an Entry Level position with 0 years of experience required, this part-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and any issues that may arise - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement - Conduct strategic research to identify market trends and potential new clients - Assist in the planning and execution of client events and promotions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and research abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
