Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

Zutec, a leading technology company in the construction industry, is seeking a Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Limerick, Munster, Ireland. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in client support roles. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong soft skills in teamwork and decision-making.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients through various communication channels - Troubleshoot technical issues and offer solutions to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities to improve the client support process and communicate feedback to relevant stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client support role - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong teamwork and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
