Client Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Analog Devices Ireland is currently seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, and we are looking for a passionate and independent individual who possesses strong strategic planning and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and assistance - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Handle client inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience - Assist with client onboarding and training initiatives - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account activity - Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for process improvement and client satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of relevant experience in client support or a related field - Passionate and independent individual with strong interpersonal skills - Strategic planning and critical thinking abilities - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
