Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in training and onboarding new clients as needed - Contribute to the overall success of the client support team by meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client support or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and drive desired outcomes
