As a Remote Client Support Representative at Accenture Ireland, located in Limerick, Munster, IE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat. This part-time Associate Level role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to clients - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements: - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong time management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
